3. Delivery Failures & Customer Responsibility
3.1. If a parcel is refused, uncollected, or not redelivered due to customer inaction, it may be returned to the courier’s hub and subsequently destroyed.
3.2. In such circumstances, no refund or replacement will be issued.

4. Incorrect Delivery Address
4.1. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered during checkout.
4.2. If a package is delivered to the wrong address due to customer error and is lost or destroyed, no refund or replacement will be issued.
5. Lost or Missing Deliveries
5.1. If tracking information confirms delivery, but the customer claims non-receipt, we will provide the delivery confirmation and shipping label as proof of shipment.
5.2. In these cases, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim directly with the courier.
5.3. If the tracking shows the parcel was delivered to the correct address, no refund or replacement will be issued.
6. External Issues & Shipping Protection
6.1. Heinie Haynes is not liable for delivery issues caused by third-party couriers unless the customer purchased Shipping Protection during checkout.
6.2. If Shipping Protection was selected, we will assist in resolving problems related to lost, damaged, or mishandled packages.
6.3. Without Shipping Protection, any courier-related issues are the customer’s responsibility and fall outside our control.
