Returns Policy – Heinie Haynes
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not issue pre-paid return labels.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately at info@heinniehaynesuk.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out to us before returning it.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive your desired product is to return your current item and then place a new order once your return has been accepted.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your purchase is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt — for any reason and without justification.
As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
